Our Caribbean and Creole food is not all about burning hot chilli peppers, more about good spices and fresh herbs blended to give a taste sensation like no other.
With a Dominican mother and a father from Barbados my food reflects the vibrancy and mixed flavours of these islands with a modern twist.
